What is our contingency fee?

     Generally Personal Injury cases are represented on the basis of a contingent fee contract. That is, a percentage of the amount of money recovered for you and if there is no recovery then there is no attorney's fee. Our contract normally provides that we advance  court costs and expenses of litigation. If not successful, you do not have to pay back. If successful, it comes out of your recovery. The attorney fee is based upon a sliding scale that  depends in part on how much is recovered and when the recovery is made. At the end of the case, you will be provided with a complete written explanation of all costs that has been spent and the amount of your fee. At any time during your claim, you may request and receive an up-to-date written, itemized account of the current expenses and costs.
